Mr. Srivastava has over seventeenyears of diverse architectural experience, working both in New York City and abroad. Prior to joining Ismael Leyva Architects, Mr. Srivastava worked as a historic preservation consultant in Sevastopol, Ukraine. He has been at Ismael Leyva Architects since 1999 and is a licensed and registered architect in New York State and also LEED certified.
He has handled multiple residential, mixed-use, hospitality and commercial projects. Mr. Srivastava's theoretical style combined with extensive experience in the field brings a unique and timeless quality to the projects he works on. Mr. Srivastava is currently working on the in construction 66 Rockwell, an iconic residential tower located in Brooklyn, NY and is managing the adaptive re-use being performed at the Battery Maritime Building.
Mr. Srivastava has a background in sustainable architecture and green design, which he incorporates into projects on both a local and international level. He has a strong capacity for analyzing complex architectural design and construction problems, evaluating alternatives, and making sound recommendations.
